INGREDIENTS
200ml Strawberry Mix
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
500ml Rose Wine
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together.
Freeze in an ice cuber tray.
Once frozen solid, remove & place in a blender with a little water.
Garnish with fresh strawberries

METHOD
Place all ingredients (apart from the sparkling wine) in a blender and blend, pour into a shallow tray & place in the freezer. Stirring every half our for the first 2 hours. Then freeze solid overnight.
Scrape the granita with a fork & place in 2 martini glasses, top up with sparkling wine

Layer 1:
80ml Fruit Lagoon Strawberry Daiquiri
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
50ml rum
180g ice
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Layer 2:
50ml rum
100ml granadilla / passion fruit puree
4 fresh granadillas, pulp scooped out
180g ice
Fresh granadillas for garnish
Mint for garnish
METHOD
Begin with layer 1- blend all the ingredients together and place in a tupperware in the freezer.
Make layer 2 by blending the rum, puree and ice together. Stir in the fresh granadilla pulp and place the mixture in the freezer.
Allow the mixtures to firm up for 30 minutes then layer them into daiquiri glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries, granadilla and mint.
