Honeydew melon mojito

INGREDIENTS

150ml Mojito mix
2 cups honeydew melon, cubed
Juice of 2 limes
¾ cup light rum
¼ cup of the mint syrup (add more to taste)
3 cups of ice (roughly)
Lime slices, mint sprigs, and sliced honeydew for garnish

METHOD

To a blender, add the melon, lime juice, rum, and mint syrup. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth. Taste, add more mint syrup, as needed.
Add 1 cup of ice to the blender and blend on high. Keep adding ice by the handful until the mixture reaches a thickened slushy consistency.
Pour into glasses, garnish as desired, and serve immediately.

Granadilla Mojito​

Granadilla Mojito

INGREDIENTS

100ml mojito mix
4 teaspoons granadilla pulp
¼ cup fresh mint leaves plus extra for garnish
120ml  light rum
6 tablespoons lime juice fresh
4 – 5 ice cubes plus more for glass
Club soda

METHOD

Place all ingredients, apart from soda water in a cocktail shaker & shake vigorously with ice. Pour into glasses & top up with with soda. Garnish with a few drops of granadilla pulp.

Matcha Mojito

Matcha Mojito

INGREDIENTS

Makes 1 mojito
1 teaspoon matcha powder
Handful fresh mint leaves, plus 1 large sprig for garnish
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
55ml Fruit Lagoon Mojito Mix
1 cup crushed ice
1 lime, sliced
50ml light rum
Soda water

METHOD

In a large highball glass, muddle the mint leaves. Add the matcha powder, lime juice and Fruit Lagoon. Mix well. Fill the cup with ice and sliced lime, then add the rum and top with club soda, stir well. Garnish with a sprig of mint
