INGREDIENTS

200ml Mango mix
20ml Lime juice
5 ml Sugar syrup
200ml Water

METHOD

Method for making popsicles:
Mix all ingredients well. Taste sweet/tangy level & adjust accordingly. Freeze overnight in popsicle cups.

Method for serving:
Remove popsicles from the freezer, place in a tall shaped glass & top up half way with a sparkling wine.
