INGREDIENTS
100ml Margarita mix
3 cups pureed watermelon
3/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup orange liqueur
2 tablespoons sugar syrup
30ml lime juice
2 slices of jalapeno
1 jalapenos seeded and sliced for garnish
METHOD
Puree the fresh watermelon, jalapeno and all liquid ingredients and blend together. Pour over ice in tumblers & garnish with a few jalapeno slices.

INGREDIENTS
100ml Margarita mix
2 cups frozen spanspek chunks
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup silver tequila
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons Orange liqueur
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until the mixture turns slushy. Taste and adjust the sweetness & tequila as needed.
